BACKGROUND

Disa grew up between living in the US during the school years and spending her summer months in the archipelagos outside of Stockholm with a close nit family giving her a strong Swedish identity. Growing up with duel identities allowed her to observe cultural difference and how to understand what makes us different, unique, and beautiful in our own way. Longing for more connectivity, she returned full time to Sweden for boarding school for secondary school, which was followed by a year in Brussels before attending Boston University to study Environmental Science, which was followed by studying Architectural Design in Stockholm, Sweden. This led her to a career in Sustainable Design in Dubai where she worked on several large scale design and construction projects on many of the high-rises and iconic buildings you see there today. She followed her heart and eventually settled in London and completed KLC School of Design in 2020 and have since then completed a internship at the award winning Mokka Design and has work experience at Laura Horner Interiors and Miriam Frowein Interiors.
